It is warm and dry in Odesa at the time of the Conference, the average air temperature is 22-25 °С, beaches and recreation facilities are available at the sea shore. Within the framework of the cultural program, the participants will be able to acquaint theirselves with outstanding sights, monuments and museums of Odesa, participate in a sea trip and the other.
